Molarium is a local-first molecular workspace. Its molecular viewer is a custom HTML Canvas renderer implemented in this repository.
Coordinates and calculations remain in the browser except for explicit PDB/CCD retrieval and MSA searches.
Reference checks compare browser calculations with the same numeric systems evaluated by OpenMM and with pinned native model outputs.
Experimental methods stay labelled in the interface; a passing implementation comparison is not a claim of scientific validation for every system.
Interface design inspired by Atomiverse. Molarium’s interface and Canvas viewer were independently implemented; Atomiverse and its referenced xyzrender project are not bundled dependencies.

Checking the active browser network policy…
What this proves: Local Lab is served from this device with a Content Security Policy that permits network requests only to this page’s own localhost origin. PDB/CCD retrieval and MSA submission are disabled. The manifest lets you compare the delivered application files with the reviewed source build.
Trust boundary: a hosted web page cannot prove that its server will always deliver the same code. For proprietary work, run the versioned Local Lab bundle, verify its manifest independently, and optionally disconnect the machine after the local assets are loaded.
